Free tap water?

At Disney, you can get cups of free tap water at any quick service restaurant and any food stand that has fountain drinks. Is the same true at Universal?

Yes - also the Starbucks in Studios has a water dispenser setup so you can just serve yourself.
I think it is the one that used to be in Finnigans.


Any other locations that have this?

I don't know if it works in the parks, but when I was looking for water at the Cabana Bay diner, I was able to get it out of the Freestyle machine. (The regular soda machines' water dispensers don't work.)
