Free stroller rental?

Someone on another post (sorry I can't remember the name!) mentioned that if you have a Disney Visa, you can rent the strollers in the parks for free. Does anyone know if that's true or not? I'm trying to get our budget finalized and knowing that piece of info will help!

I think I saw that post, and if I remember correctly, they said that it was a promotion last year for dinseyland and they weren't sure that it would be run again this year.

I've also heard that it's for DisneyLAND and NOT DisneyWORLD.
