Free sliders for MBs?

Last year they gave out the glow in the dark 2013 sliders for the MBs at the resorts. Do they have 2014 ones this year?

We did not get them on our trip in December.

We had to ask for them at the hotel desk both times. We got a set in October and a set in December.

Doesn't it seem ridiculous that you should have to ask? How many people actually knew they were available?

DH and I were given ours at Pop in Oct without asking and were unaware of their availability. When we got them, we mentions that when the parents and BIL checked in at POFQ they didn't get any. The lady just handed us 4 more with a smile. At POFQ we picked up one magicband at the desk because I'd had to reshuffle the names on the reservation to get FL discount.

I wonder if they forgot to give them to people who already have their bands? Like they didn't think of that step when the 'go get the boxes' step was skipped?

Don't Bandits fit through the holes though? These may not be sliders but I wouldn't consider it a bandit either. At least these didn't fall off like bandits
