We are going to Discovery Cove and receive free Sea World tickets with our package, we are not going to use them, can I give them to a family member to use?

No. Your DC badges have your name/ID on them. I believe they are either barcoded or magetic striped. They are non-transferable. Sorry!

Busch Entertainment uses barcodes for ticket media...

and it would also have your biometrics on file if I remember.

Is it cannot spend a 2nd day at sea world, or does not wish to go to Sea world on the 2nd day?

you can spend the 2nd day at Busch Gardens Tampa if I remember. They have a shuttle bus to tampa and back.
