Does anybody know if AP holders get free resort parking?

I know they get free theme park parking but I don't think they get resort/hotel parking if that's what you mean. Hope someone will correct me if I"m wrong. Getting APs for first time for next trip.

No. You will pay for resort parking but (so far) theme park parking is free for APHs.

why? An annual pass is for entrance into a theme park, it has nothing to do with hotels and other resorts.

Yes. Just be sure to check your folio before checking out because sometimes they'll charge you and you need to ask for it to be taken off. Easier to do that onsite than once you get home.

If you scan/tab at the gate your MB, that activations the system to charge the nightly fee.
You need to go to FD to tell them about handicap. GO, don't call, front desk. As mentioned , easier while at resort than after the fact.

Usually being a pass holder you get extra perks....free photopass, dining discounts,room discounts ( which btw have nothing to do with the parks), special AP line entrance etc.. We never used to bring a car but now we do so I wasn't sure if AP holders had to pay for resort parking.

APs always had free parking at parks. That hasn't changed. But it doesn't extend to the (relatively more recent) resort parking.

Only DVC owners or others staying on their points don't pay for parking while staying at their DVC resort. They pay for it in their annual fees. So no double charge.
