At my walmart they have the recycled 90ct. post it note packs on clearance for .50 a pack. They are marked .75 in a cardboard container on the endcap but scan .50. There were also a few non recycled type thrown in there that scanned the same amount, they were neon colors.
Insert coupon for $1/1 pack of post it notes equals 2 free or 1 pack with overage. I bought 6 packs today and got the overage. This was a super walmart in GA. Good luck!
