Yes, I know that. I was speaking about the Super Bowl deal. You had to be a member and click on the link to be part of the coin toss contest. Being a reward member did not automatically enter you. A lot of people on their FB page are upset because they didn't realize you had to actually enter.

You did not have to enter before the coin toss. I did not even hear of it until after the fact and I got the email just for being a member. I ordered my free pizza last night.

I'm a rewards member and didn't get the email, and when I put in my email address, they said I'm not a member? What do I do now?

Could you have used a different email address? Maybe an old one?

I am having the same problem. I even voted before the game for the coin toss. I can log on to the Papa Johns website and look at my rewards. But no email (not in SPAM either) and when I enter my email they say I'm not a member. I had changed my email on the site at one point, and the other email doesn't work either.

Got my email tonight! It did go to my SPAM folder. It took me to the same place where I had tried to enter my email before, but this time it worked! Guess it took them a little longer than they thought to get all the emails out.
