Free phone on mobile??

Hi

we are getting married on 12th of may would like to book illumination cruise for that night, my 90 days are the 10th of feb but it would be at 12.00 and I'm at work does the free phone number work from a mobile or has anyone any advice on how to phone- international calls are barred at work (wonder why??)

Have you actually tried phoning the access number from work? It's an 0800 number, not an international number. For the same reason, I don't see why it wouldn't work from a mobile.

no it doesn't work on my mobile, it costs me 35p a minute.

International calls can't be made from my work phones either but I'm able to phone member services connecting through the freephone number as UK Deb has said. Maybe you will be able to do this?

If not, is there someone else you can trust to try and make the booking for you? Illuminations is a tricky one to book though so I can understand you might want to do this yourself
