I can't fit you in for September, but you are on the list for January! If you want to contribute to and share one of the PIF boxes you will need to contact whoever has the box when you are there. That decision will be up to them. Though, as far as I know, there is no fan in either box.

Would it be possible to get in on this? We will be at the Pop from 9/25 - 10/2.

Even if the time slot is filled, could we still contribute some things? We will probably have some stuff left over at the end of our trip that we won't want to take home on the plane. (Halloween window clings, water, car windshield visor, box fan for the room, beer [hmmm.... can I contribute unopened alcohol?], snacks, sunscreen, etc...). For that matter, if the box already has a fan and/or windshield visor in it, could I borrow just those items for the duration of the trip? It would save us from having to buy them.

Finally, can I get put on the list for January 5 - January 11?

We are having problems with Box #1 again! The story at the moment, as far as I know, goes like this.

1) Genieklone had the box. I can not get her to confirm by email or by PM what was in it or what was done with it.

2) Grace&Mickey and JeMarie6 reported the box missing.

3) I contacted POP. Since I don't know what the box looks like, how big it is or what is in it they can't find it or replace it for me. Again, I have gotten no response from Genieklone to help me answer POP's questions.

4)Gary4jenn kindly agreed to start a new Box #1.

5) I was contacted by 2boysnme to say that, once again, there is NO BOX #1!

If you are willing to start yet another PIF BOX #1 please PM me. I will tell you what information needs to go on it. You, in turn, will need to take a picture of the box and send it to me. And I will also need to know what is in it. That way, if anything happens to it I know what to tell the folks at POP to look for or replace.

Sorry this is happening. It is hard for me because I don't know what the box looks like or what is in it either. They keep telling me I can come down and look for it. Wish I could, but it is a long drive from Delaware!

Hooray! Thanks for letting me join. We we left VWL last year I went to the pool trying to give away many things I didn't want to fly home with. Juice boxes, rain ponchos, glow sticks...it will be great knowing this year will be passed on to people who can use it!

ETA: I'm in a Free fridge/toaster/coffeemaker swap that has openings for Nov & Dec. We'd love to have more people join and keep our goodies out of luggage services. Check my siggy if you're interested. Thanks!
