What is Perquisite Choice?
As a Disney employee, you have access to exclusive perquisites, products, and experiences that you can only get by working for the Company, such as complimentary admission privileges to Disney theme parks and Disney discounts and experiences.
We recognize that employees want to experience all that Disney has to offer in different ways, depending on what appeals to each of them the most. Introducing choice enables you to customize how you experience the Disney magic. Beginning in 2020, you will have the option to choose between a Main Entrance Pass which allows you to admit Guests into the Disney theme parks with you, or the Disney+ bundle which gives you access to Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu streaming services, to enjoy at no cost to you.
- The Main Entrance Pass allows your Guests to visit the Disney theme parks with you throughout the year, subject to Company-designated block out dates.
- The Disney+ bundle offers eligible U.S. employees access to three streaming services: Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu.

What other perquisites are available to me?
In addition to your choice of a Main Entrance Pass or the Disney+ bundle subscription, you will also be eligible for other exclusive perquisites, including Disney discounts and experiences and other theme parks admission privileges, such as complimentary tickets (which for former 21CF employees will begin with the summer distribution in 2020). You must have Company-issued ID to activate these privileges.

How do I select my Perquisite Choice option?
The window for making an initial selection is January 17-31, 2020. A link will be provided to a selection page on
D Tools HR. Once you make your selection, you will receive a confirmation email. Your 2020 perquisites choice will be implemented March 1, 2020.
If you want to change your selection for calendar year 2021, you will have an opportunity to do so during the 2021 selection period in the fall of 2020.

What if I am on a leave of absence during the enrollment period with no access to D Tools HR?
The Company will work individually with employees on leaves to provide a window for selecting their choice.

If I choose a Main Entrance Pass, what happens?
- If you are a Disney employee, you will continue to use the Main Entrance Pass you currently have today.
- If you are a former 21CF employee, you will continue to use the Main Entrance Pass that will be issued to you in early 2020 or upon initial eligibility.

If I choose the Disney+ bundle, what happens?
You will be able to continue to use your Main Entrance Pass, including your Spouse Pass if applicable, until March 1, 2020 when your 2020 perquisites choice is implemented. At that time, your Main Entrance Pass, including your Spouse Pass if applicable, will be deactivated. Your spouse/domestic partner will therefore no longer be able to receive a merchandise discount, but your employee merchandise discount is not impacted and you can continue to use your Company-issued ID to receive those discounts both in-store and on
shopdisney.com.
You will receive an email by March 1st with online activation codes which can be used to redeem your complimentary streaming subscriptions. You will be asked to create an account with each service (Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu) in order to redeem the activation codes.
As your self-admission privilege to U.S.-based theme parks is not impacted by your Perquisite Choice, you will be issued a Self-Admission Pass. This new pass will allow you to admit yourself into the theme parks at the
Walt Disney World® Resort most days of the year, subject to self-admission block-out dates. You will continue to use your Company-issued ID to admit yourself into the theme parks at the
Disneyland® Resort most days of the year, subject to self-admission block-out dates.

If I do not make a choice during the selection period, what happens?
If you do not make an active selection during the selection period, January 17-31, 2020, you will keep and continue to use the Main Entrance Pass you currently have.

Will choosing either the Main Entrance Pass or the Disney+ bundle have an impact on my eligibility for complimentary tickets or self-admission?
No. If you choose either the Main Entrance Pass or the Disney+ bundle, you will continue to receive your complimentary tickets each year, which can be used to admit extra Guests into theme parks or given as gifts to family, friends, or charitable organizations. You will still be able to admit yourself into all U.S.-based theme parks most days of the year, subject to self-admission block-out dates.
