Free lightbulbs for Duke Energy customers

Small audience so sorry to those of you not in this area but for those of you that have Duke Energy, thought I would pass on.

Duke is giving out 15 free light bulbs (energy efficient ones).

1) Dial 1800-943-7585

2) Chose option #1 for CFL

3) Enter your duke energy account #

4) Chose 6 or 15 free energy efficient light bulbs

5) Duke will mail them to your billing address (free of charge)

I did this today and it went through just fine. Will take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

I have Gulf Power and when I went to pay my bill this month there was a thing on the website for a free lightbulb. If you answered a few questions about saving energy, it led you to a place where you could order a set of lightbulbs with free shipping! Maybe several of the electric companies are doing this.
