Just wanted to check, we are checking in next Sunday at AKV using our points for a 2 bedroom lock off, will we have two internet hook ups and will they both be free?

Yup! If you do see a charge, just visit the front desk and they'll reverse it.

I have a free internet question too...

We have a "split" stay coming up in June. My parents are our guests and for the first two nights, we are booked in 2 studios. Then, we have 3 nights together in a 2BR L/O. Will my parents have free internet access for their studio reservation (since they are our guests staying on points) or is that not a privilege extended to guests?

I know my dad will be bringing his laptop (and so will I) so two outlets would be great. It seems odd that he would be able to use it for free if we are staying in the same room as him (i.e. a 2BR) but would have to pay for it if he is in his own studio.

is there free internet at all the DVC villas? We will be staying at VWL in November and I just called there to ask about access and they said it was $9.95 per day. Yikes! I'm a student now - quit my job and am retraining - so I'm on a tight budget. I have someone at school emailing me their notes every day and can't miss anything because the course is so hard. Also is there a way to print what she sends me? I guess if the internet is free I can work straight from my computer. Not to sound like a dummy but how do you hook up a laptop to the internet access there?

If you are staying on points and are a DVC member, internet will be free (as of last we heard, granted DVC could be dropping this perk just like they did free Valet Parking for members).
