Free Incredibles Blanket through Tide Question

I heard of this offer blanket offer through this budget thread ,and I have tried numerously to download the form through the Tide website, www.tide.com, and can't get it to work. Has anyone else had this problem? The offer expires on April 30th and I've tried for days to get it to work. I have bought the Tide and Cheer; just need to rebate form. Anyone have any suggestions to get the rebate form? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader? It is free to download, and lets you view/open PDF files. I can try to email it to you. PM or email me, if you want me to. You have until 5/7 to postmmark. Purchase must be made by 4/30.
