free font sites - any favorites?

Do you know of any free font sites and do you have any favorites? Can you print on any acid free paper and then use it on your pages? Is this easy to do? Any quick tips on downloading?

Also, check out the Font Thing for managing your fonts. I use it and it's awesome. digital scrapbook place has a tutorial and a link to get it (or go to download.com to find it). trust me, it's worth it, and FREE!!
