I believe I read it has already been offered to the United Kingdom (or was it Canada--my age is catching up to me). Those Disney visitors that were there this past September were offered the Bounceback option to get the free dining again in September 2008 (which we got for our 25th). I don't think, if they do offer it, that it will be announced until April 2008.
