Can anyone tell me when Disney typically offers free dining. Looking to book a trip in Spring and would be great if could do it during free dining. Any information would be helpful as we are just starting to plan and have open dates.

Public free dining is likely in the fall. Spring, depending on the dates, you'd be looking at a room discount or possibly the stay/play/dine deal.

Pins for FD ha gone out the past 2 years but those are not guaranteed.
