Yes, there was- in England, at least. We booked November 2012 and we got free dining from 21st feb 2013 til 14th march 2013

For Feb. 2013, there was a free dining PIN code, but the public offer was a stay, play and dine offer where all guests on the reservation paid child prices for tickets and dining.

I guess that I should have clarified that the Mousesavers.com records only include North American discounts. Foreign guests from South America and Great Britain often get discounts that are not made available to those in the USA or Canada.

For February 2013 they also had a 30% room discount that included Presidents week. We could have stayed at Port Orleons for less than AoA. But alas it was DDs graduation trip so we stayed at AoA
