Free Dining?

I have gotten a PIN and have the Disney Visa card, both which are now offering free dining for the fall. I have been waiting on a free dining promotion for months, but our trip is scheduled for 12/1-12/7, which happens to be right in between two of the sets of dates that are eligible for the free dining. My dates are not part of the promotion. Anyone know why? Even the week of Thanksgiving seems to be included, but the first week of December is not. Any thoughts on whether or not they may end up including it between now and then? I would at least like a 25% or 30% room discount if not free dining, but it seems like I am not having much luck with discounts for this trip!

First week of December has generally been excluded the past couple of years. It may be partially because of the Pop Warner youth football/cheerleading tournament, which would result in more rooms being booked. There's also the annual recording for broadcast of the Disney Christmas parade. I think it's highly unlikely that those dates will be added to the promotion.
