Free Dining??

When does Disney usually offer free dining? My DH got a PIN code emailed to him but it was expired before we even got the email. I called Dinsey to see if they would allow me to use it but they said no. Does anyone know when they offer the Free Dining to the public? That is if they are going to offer it.

In past years the FD offer has opened to the public @ the end of Mar/Begin of Apr.

Just keep an eye on the boards.

There'll be tons of threads about it when/if it is offered again.
