Free Dining

If I stay in SSR during the appointed dates (8.26-9.22) am I eligible for the free dining plan? I hope so, last year when we had free dining, I'm surprised we didn't singlehandedly bankrupt the Walt Disney Travel Company through all the food we ate!

not if you are staying on points

If staying at SSR on the DVC point system, then no there would be no way to get the free DDP.

If you pay rack rate for the room and rack rate for the tickets, then yes you could be eligible for Free DDP.

Have a great stay and enjoy everything that WDW and beloved SSR has to offer.

Are you going to be staying on cash or points? It's my understanding that those of us staying on points are not eligible for free dining. I sure would be happy to hear that I am wrong, though. We are staying at BW in September.

Only if you're paying rack rate for the room, if you're using points then no you won't get it.

You can still buy the plan though, you just won't get it for free. IF, you are using points that is!
