Free Dining?

When did Disney offer the packages this past year with the free dining? Any one know which months, etc?

From what I read they announced the deal the beginning of April and you had until sometime in June to book it. It was for free dining in September but as long as you checked in in September could get the free dining in October as well. Example: Check in Sept 29 and Check out October 15 and you could get free dining for your whole stay.

I didn't use the plan but this past August they had it.

Hi there,

They offered the free DDP April 1st to Disney Visa Card holders. It was then offered to the general public a week later. The free dining started late August and continued through September.

Everyone is wondering if it will be done again.

Actually, the promotion was limited to 10 days. So if you checked in on Sept 29, you would have to check out on Oct 9. You could add a separate stay from Oct 9 to Oct 15, and link the reservations, but you wouldn't get the free dining for the second half.

That's okay, we are booked from Sept 28 - Oct 7, so we're good. We may return Oct 8th but doubt it.
