I did the free dining last Sept. Labor Day Weekend. It was great. I couldn't believe how well we ate. Does anyone know anything, or any info about WDW doing the free dining again?

I have heard that that was a one time thing, they were trying to stir up business in a more "dead" time of the year and to get people to try it out. But there is nothing that I have heard to do it again! TOO BAD...GREAT deal for people who got it before.

Now that I think of it, I also thought I heard that. Dang! I was wishing they would have it again this summer. I would book a trip for sure.

I agree, I think it was more of a promotional thing to kick off the dining plan. I can't really see them offering that again, but you never know...

That was definately a great deal on Disney's part! I can only wish they would do it again! ;)

:Pinkbounc We will be in Disney from late April 8 until April 14th. My schedule for TS is as follows:
4/9 Will be in MGM most of day - Fantasmic dinner at Hollywood & Vine
4/10 Magic Kingdom for the day - Crystal Palace for lunch
4/11 Epcot for day - Princess Storybook Breakfast & LeCellier for dinner
4/12 Animal Kingdom for the day
4/13 After Disney Girl Princess Tea Party for me and my youngest granddaughter and facial for my daughter and older granddaughter it will be Magic Kingdom all day - Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner
4/14 Chef Mickey's for breakfast before heading home
Now I would appreciate some suggestions for counter services at the various parks. Will probably have counter service breakfast at our hotel, The Contemporary one morning, but other than that, I haven't got a clue. Thanks for any help you can give! :)

They did it for 2 reasons.
1. bookings were well below target
2. Promote the plan.

My guess is if bookings aren't low, they won't even think of doing it again.
If they are, they might try a different promotion given that the plan is selling fairly briskly.
