No, it is for Walt Disney World in Florida. There is no comparable plan or offer at the
Disneyland Resort in California.
Disneyland has a "dining plan" but it is very different; it is a voucher-based meal prepayment program.
If it's Walt Disney World you are interested in, you can get the dining plan you referred to free if:
*You check in during one of the designated promotion periods
(August 15 - October 7, 2010, October 22-October 28, 2010, November 12-18, 2010, November 27 - December 2, 2010 and December 10-21, 2010);
*You book at least a three-night Magic Your Way reservation package through Disney (or have a
travel agent book it through Disney) including a non-discounted room at a Disney resort and at least 2-day base park tickets for each person registered on the reservation;
*You book a moderate or deluxe resort.
If you book a value resort, the dining plan you receive free is the 2 CS, 2 snack per night plan (no TS credits).
And you don't receive meal credits per day, you receive them per night you stay. If you want information on how the dining plan works, see the Everything You Always Wanted To Know sticky thread at the top of this forum.
