Free Dining Promo - confussed?

I clicked on the info about the new VISA free dining promo and I'm a little confussed. It lists 3 different codes, one for basic, one for deluxe and one for deluxe w/ wine. So can you pick which "free" dining plan you want ??? Doesn't make sense to me.

Anyone seen anymore details?

You can "upgrade" for the price difference. So if you want deluxe you would pay the difference between deluxe and the standard dining plan.

I see - that makes sense. Based on what Pete said, I wonder if the free one is quick service and you have to pay to upgrade to any of the others.

Just wondering....cuz I don't have a Disney Visa...

I believe it is open to the general public on Monday. It's no longer a rumor.
