I noticed in the past they have offered it in the past certain times of year. Don't know if they'll do it again this year but what times of the year to they typically offer it?

It is always offered mid to late August and most of September. It has never been offered for any other dates (although the early offers extended into early October)

The booking window for August-September free dining in 2008 has passed. Packages with the promotion had to be booked between April 7 and June 22.

Usually it is good for trips in August-September. The booking window is usually April-June for those who don't get the bounceback promotion the previous year, so you missed it for this year. We are waiting for the first reports to come in to see if they offer a bounceback to people using it this year for next year. When you check in during the promo period there is a flier they give you when you checkin or it may be in the room and they also mention it on the tv while you are staying there during the promotion.
