Free Dining Plan - my picks

OK, I think I have my itinerary done up with restaurants I want to try, but want to run it by you "experts" because you may pick up on something that I am overlooking. Party of 3 (myself and 2 sons ages 13 and 8) with 5-day park hoppers and on the free dining plan (total 12 CS and 12 TS).

Thursday 9/15
Arrive at MCO 10:30 p.m.
Check-in @ 12:00 p.m. (?)
Lunch at Food Court (3 CS)
Head to MGM for afternoon/evening
Dinner: Sci-FI Diner (pay out of pocket)
Fantasmic at 8:30 p.m. (?)

Friday 9/16
Animal Kingdom
Lunch: Flame Tree B'bque (3 CS)
Afternoon by pool
Dinner: Ohanas (3 TS)
Evening: Epcot & Illuminations at 9:00 p.m.

Saturday 9/17
Epcot
Lunch: Le Cellier (2 TS - will share meals)
Dinner: Narcoossees (4 TS - will share meals)
Evening: Magic Kingdom & Wishes at 8:00 p.m. (?)

Sunday 9/18
Sleep in!!
Breakfast: Food Court (3 CS)
Lounge by pool
Dinner: Kona Cafe (3 TS)
Evening: MGM for extra magic hours, if scheduled...

Monday 9/19
Magic Kingdom
Lunch: Columbia Harbour House (3 CS)
MGM if time???
Head back to airport at 4:45 p.m. for 7:50 p.m. flight home

Any suggestions? Am I missing something?? Have I worked my credits out right? Any advice on how to better work the plan?
