Free dining plan How much to upgrade

If we stay at a moderate resort and get the free dining how much does it cost to upgrade to deluxe? And does that plan come with free refillable mugs? Thanks

The DxDP does come with the refillable mugs. The price increase during regular (non-peak) times is $30 per adult per night and $9 per child per night.
