Same pin offer for us with quick service at Coronado..but, don't forget that you can always upgrade...think it is around $16 per adult per night...we did not upgrade...
I wouldn't upgrade if I was at CSR since the Pepper Market buffet is still a Qs credit. We love Pepper Market and hope it stays QS. I think it is a great value!!
All general public free dinings offers that have been offered in the past 8 years have included the basic/regular dining plan for all moderate resorts at Disney World. Pin code offers and general public offers are two totally different things and neither has any baring on the other.
If you book a moderate resort under a free dining promotion for the general public, it is the basic DDP (1TS, 1 QS, 1S per day). The pin codes are different so don't worry about that.
We stayed their with free dining in Dec of last year and we got the standard (1 CS, 1TS, 1 snack). We were doing to stay at the All Stars and pay to upgrade the DP, but it was only a little more to stay at Coronado and we got Queen size beds. The resort was great, but very big.
The Disney Visa Free Dining offer was announced this morning for the dates of August 25 - September 29, 2012 and the Moderate Resorts will include the Basic/Regular DDP with this offer. It's supposed to open for general public booking on Monday, March 5.
