Free Dining Pin Question

When I call Disney to see if I have a pin what exactly should I ask? Myself, my mother in law, and my husband are all registered with Disney and we are all on our existing reservation.

I just asked if they would please check to see if there was a PIN code/discount associated with my name/hubbys/mother's names. No problems at all. Good Luck!
