free dining phone numbers?

I was looking at the thread from last year where the people posted their success and wait times for the morning FD opened and I noticed MANY different phone numbers they called including many that dialed the supposed secret toll free wdw #1-800-828-0228 which I read somewhere doesn't work anymore. I also saw at least 4 or 5 different 407 numbers. just how many doggone numbers are out there to get to reservations and which is the best one to use?
