Free Dining Park Ticket question??

I had a quick question about the ticket option for Free Dining.

I'm debating about booking a ressie for Free Dining in Oct.

Are you able to add no expiration at check-in or after a day of a ticket is used? OR is that something that you have to pay for in advance when the rest of the package is being paid for? I'm pretty sure you are able to add on additional ticket days but I was not sure about the no expiration option.

I'm pretty sure you can add PH, Water Parks, and/or the No Expiration option at any time, within 14 days of activation. However, if you were to add No Expiration, on your 5th day of a 7 day ticket, you would pay the amount it would cost to add it to your 7 day ticket rather than what it would cost to add it to a 2 day ticket, even though that's what's left on the ticket.

okay for example..we would be getting the 2 day park hopper ticket. One of the girls that might go with us is a seasonal CM and has her main gate pass so we would get in for free if she came but won't know if she can until Sept. That is why we might have to add no expiration if she comes and we can use her pass. We are doing a long girls weekend so we will need 2 park hopper days and 1 Halloween party ticket.

It's no problem. I did exactly that on a previous trip. Once you check in, your ticket is independent from your package and it is just like any other ticket. It can be upgraded, or kept forever if not used.
