Free dining packages at POR still available for mid-September?

Hi all-- I have a friend who's thinking of bringing her family and joining us on our mid-September trip-- specifically 9/12-18, and I was wondering if anyone knows if there are still free dining packages available at POR. I didn't want to call and check, since it's not for me, and they'll be wanting my friend's information, but I thought someone here might be in the know. Many thanks!

I just tried yesterday I really wanted POR but since I waited so long. For my dates the only resort they had was CBR standrad room. SO I took that. This am went to see if POR was there. All that came up was CBR pirate rooms. Glad I booked when I did at least I got a standard room. My dates are 9/24 to 10/3.
