Free dining offer question

Last fall we had free dining and stayed at POR, but I'm trying to check and it looks like it's not offering free dining for that resort this fall, could that be right?

The public FD offer for this fall does not include POR, but some people received FD pins that include it. Excluded from the public FD offer are All-Star Movies, Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside, campsites, 3-bedroom villas, the Art of Animation Resort Little Mermaid rooms, and the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
