Free dining now available from 5th July!

Free Dining is there but not the 47% off OKW/SSR offer. They work out at £192/night in July but drop to £100/night in August.

free dining in July!!! wow - they must really be desperate to be offering free dining in peak season..

figures it's July - I'll be there in June for a conference.....i'm staying on for a week with my sister after the conference - if they had free dining, i'd switch from the conference hotel to onsite for that week.....

I hope it doesn't come out for early December- I was hoping it would but a lot easier to make adrs!

Will they offer it to Americans though? Not sure they can book thru Disney.co.uk I have never understood them offering it to us in August when they don't offer it to Americans until after peak time (from mid August)
Still its peak time so yes they must be feeling the pinch and not expecting the US market to be strong next July.
Still wouldn't get me onsite without the 47% off OKW or SSR. its the 2 offers combined that nets me.

you're right about the 47% offer...
last time i did the free dining - i bought it through the american disney, so that we could have table service free dining at the pop century...

having said that, if they do decide to offer free dining in june, i think i might do it even without the 47%.....it will be a special week with my sister...

I think the answer to the longer period for free dining offers on the UK site, combined with the 47% OKW/SS is because you have to buy the premium or ultimate tickets, which are so expensive.

Most of the US offers until this year only required a one day MYW ticket per person, and free dining at all even values, so AP holders and DVC members could also enjoy free dining.

WDW seems to have changed the structure for offers this year so that instead of one day you now need to buy a 6 day MYW...but this is still much cheaper than the premiums/ultimates.

The other strange nuance is the differences on the British site for free dining between values/mods/deluxes. They tried to introduce this when the Oct free dining was offered to US people in Sept, but even values got QSDP then.

If I were to place a bet, free dining for US next Aug will require a 6 day MYW! and values might only get QSDP....
