Just booked my trip this morning for 9/6-9/15. Free dining went live to Disney Visa card holders at 7am, and is available with a trip booked from 8/26-9/22. It is said that it will go live to the public this Thursday 4/12. If you book now, you must pay with a Disney Visa card to get the offer. Trip must be booked by 6/24/07 and only a limited number of packages are available (so they say). If you book through a travel agent, use the code ZHQ (thanks to Mousesaves for the code).
