Free Dining In Early To Mid December ?

Does anybody have a list that has shown a history of past dates in December when Free Dining was offered ?

We are thinking of a family trip early in December before the Christmas crowds invade Florida but really want to time the visit to Free Dining.

Here's a historical list, although it does not list the blockout dates within each timeframe (e.g. the days around Thanksgiving are usually excluded.)
