Can I book the free dining package starting Oct. 3rd for a week? Similar to checking in on the last day of value season or will it really end on Oct. 4th?

Yes you can. I have a reservation checking in on October 2nd and staying through October 8th and have the free dining for the entire time.
Becareful, I had two CM's tell me NO before I finally got one who was helpful and said you could. I ended up going through Dreams unlmiited because I got tired of talking with CM's who gave wrong answers thus requiring me to be on the phone forever!!!!
