Just a note to DLR Dis'ers who may be thinking of planning a trip to WDW. (a taboo subject!!!) It has just been announced that WDW is extending the Free Dining option until December 2010. Forgive me if this has already been posted--I didn't see it. It's a great way to feed a family and enjoy Disney.

We loved our FD trip to WDW last early Oct ~ except for the heat and humidity we had a great time *although dealing with the busses wasn't a treat* I was a little cold every morning and evening this past weekend at DLR ~ I'll take that over being miserably hot and sticky any day.

We did a trip to WDW last December with free dining and had a wonderful time.

Free dining doesn't interest me so am hoping for a room code for October. It's an iffy time of year to go -- some years rain every day, some years hot and icky, some years cold -- too cold to swim. But with a fall break from school, it's the best time of year for us to go!

We went to WDW last Sept during the Free Dining and the Food/Wine Festival.... never never never again.

We didn't book a Free Dining package we just happened to book our trip during these events. we were going for the Food/Wine....

hated it you dared not try to change your ADR anywhere or you didn't eat. It was just so much hotter than I ever remembered and F&W was PACKED...like sardines...I didn't know

we learned our lesson...we will stick to April/May trips
