Shoot I was told that general public offers usually do follow the bounceback dates and that got my hopes up! I'm looking at an arrival date of Sept. 29 or 30 and hoping it's included based on the bouceback ending Oct. 2.
September should be fine. It's the dates on the front end of the bounceback that are usually not offered to the public.

Hey Disboard friends! If anyone is traveling out of DFW in the fall, American Airline is having a HUGE airfare sale! Not sure for how long but I just booked RT airfare from DFW to MCO for $177RT pp! :yay:

I am still going to wait to book my Disney package (I don't want to contribute to the rooms being full and FD not coming out :teeth:) BUT.......WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY!!!

I just wanted my Disboard friends to enjoy the airfares!

Now just waiting for FD!!!:rolleyes1

We were there in October 2014 and booked a trip for Oct 2015. We got a bounceback offer for free dining and the cut off day was October 2 (Friday) the day of our check in.... Last years cut off date was Oct 3 (Friday) and was also our check in day....I don't know if it will be the same if it offered later but you may want to try to check in by Friday the 2nd..

Back in 2013 cutoff was Oct 2nd I think... we were going on Oct 4th/5th. Managed to back up a couple of days, got there about 1130pm on the 2nd, had two/three extra days and it was several hundred cheaper... it was worth the hassle of sneaking out early :-)

HI all!! My amazing husband just said he wanted to.do.disney foe his 40th birthday. We are going in november (12-18). Has free dining been offered then in the past? We always do the regular dining plan so if free is offered I will be able to upgrade our room.

Awesome thanks! Do you think they'll include dates up until Oct. 2 with the first round of promotions in May then?

I hope POR is included this year. I'm planning on Sept.
I think that our only hope for POR in September is if they release September first and later release the Oct-Dec dates (historically in July). It seems like the trend has been to do less each year than to back track and open something more up. But, here is hoping! We are hoping for that same thing! Know, though, that folks who got PIN codes for FD dates DID have POR and POFQ as options. So, if you tend to get PIN codes, you might just get lucky. I have NOT been said person.

Will people please update if the get a pin and what the offer is!
If you have a dosney visa ( just got mine this year) will the email\mail you the offer or what?

I'm still trying to decide if I'm leaning towards an end of September check in ( like the 25th) or middle of around October 19th check in....
Thoughts? Suggestions? What one do you think is more apt to get free dining????

Usually September deals do not get released until May. The March promotion will likely be for summer dates. October through December usually come out closer to July, but last year they released all FD dates at once in May, so no way to really tell what they will do. I have not seen any rumors/leaks yet, but it is pretty early for that.
2013 October was also released the same time as august and september so hopefully that a new trend

In the past dates after Jersey week up until Thanksgiving have been included, so you should be okay, if they stick to that rule.

You will definitely see people post, if they get a pin code. Do not rely on mail or email from Disney Visa. It is very hit and miss. I have received one twice, but both times was after many already had it booked. You are better off to keep your eye out here. It is open to all Disney Visa and debit card holders, you do not need any type of code once it is opened.

Pretty much all of September usually gets free dining. Last year almost all of October was excluded. October 4-25 was blacked out last year.

Jersey week is a week where most of the New Jersey schools have conferences, so no school. Many people from New Jersey take to the skies and go to Disney for their time off. So it has been dubbed Jersey week. I am not 100% convinced it is not all New Jersians filling the park those days ;) , BUT that is what it has been named all the same. Anyway for some reason that week is a little higher in bookings than most November dates, so it is often blacked out.

What I'm still trying to figure out... The end of March the current promotions expire for new bookings.... Those were good thru 1st part of June, right????
In my experience is when an offer expires a new offer comes available fairly soon if not the next day.... If this is the case we are looking at some kind of special being released very end of March/1st of April??? What do you guys think it might be and what dates would this include?????
My preference is to travel to Disney in October... But if I can get free dining for the end of September and know I have it for sure I think I'd do that atleast have something booked. Thoughts????
