Free Dining Code for Visa holders, on the computer first?

On the date that hopefully Free Dining will be released to Disney Visa holders first, will or has it been in the past that you could book it online before the reservation center opens at 7 a.m.? This was stated as a possibility on another thread so I was wondering.

No, for the Visa holders you have to call in and you HAVE to use your Disney Visa for the down payment. The only online booking will be later for the general public.
