Free Dining-anyone change plans if you have to book at least a moderate?

Just wondering? I believe we just might! Our budget really allows only for a value. Might consider looking at Windsor Hills in October rather than onsite in September. Maybe this rumor will not come to pass.

I booked free dining on bounceback and was able to book it for a value.

If I had to... yes. But I'm hoping not... and won't change my reservations at this point.

i wouldnt be able to do a mod..not in the budget..sorry mickey. newly single mom with 2 little ones. really though we like the value themes. the other hotels are nice ..but we eat sleep and breath disney and we like to see it all the time when we are there

We are booked at Pop for 2 rooms at $49 a night with the 40% code. If we have to pay full price at a moderate for 2 rooms it would be $200 more a night ($149 a night for each room). There would be no savings for us as it cost $200 a night for 5 adults and 1 child to do the DDP, so we would stay at Pop and use our DDE discount instead.

I agree with the above poster. If we even went, I'd get the DDE card and then stay at a value. No way would we pay full price for a moderate. They're not worth it. Plus I have an AP, so would have to also buy another one day MYW ticket, that I don't need in order to get the free dining. I'd do it for a value, but not for a moderate.

Right now we are planning on flying down and staying at POP, I don't think that we would be able the swing both air fare and the cost of a mod, so if that happens, we just won't be able to use free dining but hey, we are going to disney regardless we just won't be able to eat as well!
