Free Dining and Swan/Dolphin

Can you get the dining plan if you are staying at Swan/Dophin?

No. These hotels are not owned by Disney. No charging back to your room in the parks while you're a Swolphin guest either.

These are Starwood Hotels (Sheraton/Westin).

No DME either -- but none of that ever stopped us from staying there!

1) The resorts are owned by Disney.
2) They are on long-term lease to what is now Starwood.
3) But, as mentioned, they do not have all the same rights as Disney resorts.

Are the busses to the parks "scheduled", or is it just like any other resort? Also, how do you get from the airport? Any suggestions?

Buses are like any other resort and you can arrange for mears or other car/shuttle services tog et you from the airport to the hotel.

There are bus stops in front of both the Swan and Dolphin. The buses are the same ones that service all of Disney. They arrive every 10 to 15 minutes for MK, AK and most everywhere else.

Better still, there's a 'friendship' dock (boat transport) right in your 'backyard' that will take you to both Epcot and The Studios. Keep in mind, though, that the location of the Swolphin is so great you can walk right to Epcot as well in about 10 min.

Don't know about the airport Q, but I assume any transportation that would take you to any Disney owned hotel will take you to Swan/Dolphin as well.
