Free Dining and Fort Wilderness Cabins

I know Disney doesn't offer free dining to people staying on the Fort Wilderness campsites, but what about the cabins? I thought I read somewhere that free dining isn't offered to people staying at Fort Wilderness at all. Is this true?

It isn't offered for the campsites, but you can get it for the cabins if they have any available.

Oh good. That's what I was hoping. I mean if you're paying deluxe prices to stay there, I couldn't see why not. Do the cabins go pretty quickly?

We stayed at the Fort Wilderness Cabins last year during Free Dining. I did call the first day the free dining offer opened to the public and got in. Hopefully you shouldn't have too much of a problem this year getting the cabins. Enjoy your stay there, we LOVED the FW Cabins!

I just made a reservation today for the cabins in Sept/October and got the free dining. They are considered moderate.

nope....they never have problems filling the campground and they dont make enough money on campsites to offer fd.
