Free D23

I was just looking to plan a 2 day visit DL on our trip to California this summer and stumbled across a spot mentioning a free version of D23 but cant seem to find a link to sign up. When I hit the link it just drops. Maybe its my phone or something, has anyone else been able to register

You have to put it in your cart on disneystore.com and check out. Search D23 on the site and the option will appear. Then once you get an email you have to register on D23.com.
