Ok... so I spent the $40 (Pampers!!) and I got the printout, and now it says something about an order form. I didn't get a dang order form! Help! What do I do?

Or do I just call Customer Service?

You have to mail in your receipt and the printout form and they will send you a certificate for the crocs. But I don't know where you take the certificate to get the crocs- is it online?

Ok, I have a stupid question. I got one of these certificates at the store yesterday. It says to mail it in with your original receipt with $40 worth of P&G products circled. Uh... I don't know what I bought that triggered it! I think some of it was feminine hygene products but not $40 worth! Anyone know what the qualifying items are for this? Campbell's soup? Powerade? I had quite a bit of those. Maybe I'll just mail in the receipt with nothing circled and see if that flies!

This was PERFECT! THANK YOU! It ended up being two of each - Febreeze Air Effects, Cascade Action Packs, Fusion razors and Fusion Shave Gel. It came to $40.32 but after the coupons and savings it was only around $20! I'll be sending in for my free Crocs certificate!

It is $25 in products and is good until 12/31/08.

Just got back from A&P, I bought herbal essence products and got my form. Tomorrow I will mail it out and wait for the next form to come. I am thinking the whole process with take a couple of months. I purchase 40.00 of products, used coupons and I only paid $5.35. I guess it will be worth the wait.

When I spoke to the rebates department, the lady told me that it's for the Cayman style only, men's and women's sizes, any color.

Price Chopper in upstate new york (I'm not sure there are any PC's in your area)is running it still (until 12/31), you may need to ask at customer service. Good luck!

They have the form at the Tilton NH Market Basket, but not at any of the local Shaw's. It's $25 of a huge list of P&G stuff - I don't remember the whole list, but I know Pampers and Crest were on it

do you know when the expiration date is? We're heading to tilton today to go to Lowes....and for free crocs I could stop at Market Basket!
