Free coffee today at Starbuck and Caribou

In honor of Earth Day, if you bring in your own mug you get a free cup.

Starbucks says for brewed coffee but I can't find any specifics about Caribou.

Just thought that I'd share.

I took part in this last year. I brought in a 34oz mug and said it was fine to just fill it with whatever they were giving away - it was just the only mug I had. They filled it to the top!

Today, I have a day off. I sent DH to the corner Starbucks with two mugs telling him that if they don't fill them both, it's no big deal. I'll run down when I can get myself out of bed. It was no problem. They filled them both! I got to enjoy free Starbucks in my bed this morning!

We are going to out to dinner and drinks later. I think I'll take my mug with me and pick up some more coffee later tonight!

I just read that it was iced coffee too! Have to go clean out my reusable mug! Off to Starbucks after DD gets up from her nap!

Starbucks is any size brewed coffee, iced coffe, hot brewed tea or iced tea.

I am drinking a Vanilla Roobios brewed hot tea right now.

Yay! Got mine this morning. At first the girl wasn't sure it was OK to use my mug - she thought I had to use an official Starbucks cup, but they corrected that soon enough and I got my free coffee in my Disney refillable mug.

Does anyone know if this runs up until closing time? Or is it up to a certain time? How about the Starbucks in the Target stores?

It is all day. You would have to call the Target store in question, as they are not run by Starbucks and may not be "participating."
