Free Character B/F w/Alamo compact rental

Hiya! Just saw advertised, and on their website, that with a compact Alamo rental, you get a free character breakfast at WDW. Also posted on their website.

I called their 800 number and they said you would get a voucher, and she said dine with characters. She said she didnt know what the restaurant names were, but said they were on disney property.

Hmm.... wonder if some of the coveted Cindy's or Princess breakfasts are taken by Alamo. Anyone else know?

the voucher is just for a character breakfast, i am pretty sure you make your own ressie.

I think your right in saying that you have to make your own PS's. We ran into this problem last fall with guests who had booked a package that included a free Character meal. They assumed they didnt have to make a PS and since they had the package that they could just walk up to CRT or that we saved PS's for packages. They were rather upset when we couldnt take them.

When you try to make your res with Alamo for this a pop-up window says that you have to call to make your own priority seating for a Disney meal. Alamo definitely does not have any seats held for their customers at Cindy's or anywhere else for this promo.

Apparently this is not available to UK residents which is annoying as many of us use Alamo anyway.
There are many discounts/deals that we cant get which is a shame.
