In a Shula restaruant reveiw I read the Dolphin offered 2 hours free babysitting if you eat here. Is this true and where would we make ressies? Would this apply to the Blue Zoo also?
Thanks-
Sue
Yes, it applies to the Blue Zoo as well! Just call the Dolphin and ask to make the ressies at the Dolphin Club. During the day they take the ressies at the workout facility in the Dolphin since the kid's club isn't open yet. When you make the reservation, tell them where you will be dining (sometimes they ask anyway).
My DD LOVES this club. The CM's are very nice. The kids make crafts, can use a computer, watch videos, and as a group, they all go to the arcade ... which is just down the hall from the Dolphin Club. They also go to dinner at the Fountain in the Dolphin.
The Dolphin CLub is located on the bottom floor, down the hall from Tubbis, next to the health club, near an exit out to the pool. Hope your child has a great time and you enjoy your dinner!
What is the age range for the club? My youngest DD will be 2 months short of her 4th b-day so we cannot leave the kids in the kids club at the BC. We plan to eat at BlueZoo and would love to have the option of the kids club instead of a babysitter in the room!
Really?? 2 FREE hours?? WOW!! We're celebrating our 10th anniversary on our next trip and would LOVE to try the BLUE ZOO for our dinner-that would be so cool!! Thanks for the info!!
I was just planning on going to Blue Zoo and placing the kids into the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse at the GF. That would use up our "wishes". Now we dont need to use them for that!!

Oh darn! She will not turn 4 until about 7 weeks after our trip. She has been potty trained since 2.5. Are they strict about the cutoff or is it like our kids clubs around here where they make exceptions if the child is close to the minimum age?
Now this is great news!! Do you have to be staying on site to be able to use this club? Also, when can you make a PS (or reservation) at Blue Zoo? (and also for the babysitting?) Also, where do you call for these reservations?
This is true, if you dine at Shula's or bluezoo you will receive 2 hours
complimentary per child. Please make sure you ask your server for an extra
copy of the receipt to present to the Camp Dolphin Counselor. If you have
any other questions, please let me know. Thank you!

I noticed that was offered during our August trip, but I wasn't really interested in Shula's...but for bluezoo...I think dh and I might just have to have a date night!
So when do you call the Dolphin to reserve, the day of or ahead of time???
I have called the same day, and I have also done a month ahead of time. Usually they are not too busy ... but you never know ... one time they only had one spot left. Depends on how crowded the resort and WDW are at that time. You do not have to be staying at the Swan or Dolphin to use the Dolphin Club..
