Freaky experience

When trying for the CRT PS I tried calling a few times in a row to get the cancellation.

I got the same operator twice in a row?!? It was very freaky, what are the odds to get the same one. I doubt it was different people her name was something like Hildi Marie, not exactly a common name.

Anyone else have this happen before?

Probably a higher chance of this happening right now - some of the operators aren't working as they're home dealing with hurricane stuff. Fewer operators means (along with longer waits) more of a chance of speaking to the same one again.
