FQ Telephone Number

My family will be staying at the FQ next week . I would appreciate it if someone can give me the telephone number to call the resort to request a specific building. Additionally, which non smoking building would you recommend nearest to the bus stop and the food court (we have requested a water view). One more question is it connecting or adjoining rooms where we can leave the inside door open so the kids can go back and forth without going outside.

All the buildings are non smoking. You should just call reservations and have your requests noted there. Did you pay for a water view or just requesting one.

Connecting is the one with an inside door. Adjoining is next to the room.

Phone number is 407-934-5000. The fax number is 407-934-5353. It's always best to have your requests listed by priority on your original reservation. That's what the room assignors see. You can always followup with them 3 or 4 days prior to your arrival though. A few things to keep in mind, even direct calls now go through a call answering service. You may end up talking to someone at POFQ or you may end up talking to customer service who will just verify that your requests are noted. Some people recommend faxing a followup, but there's no guarantee that it will be looked at. It really depends on how busy the room assigning department is and if someone has the time to match up your fax with the reservation in the computer.

I don't think it hurts to touch base with them a fews day before you arrive. It may not help either, but if it makes you feel better, go for it.

I've stayed there twice and sent a fax twice and both times got what I requested. Maybe it's just me.
